These Terms & Conditions T&Cs constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer you and Cloud SIM of EURA AI SDN BHD , hereinafter referred to as SIM'. Please read the following T&Cs carefully before registering with us and using any of our services. By accepting this agreement, you agree to be bound by the T&Cs by accessing/browsing this website and using our services, regardless of whether you create an account with us or place an order. If you breach any of the T&Cs, you are prohibited from continuing to use our website.

SIM reserves the right to remove any information which we believe is unlawful or inappropriate, violates the T&Cs stated or could potentially result in liability to SIM.

SIM will assign you account identification and a password to enable you to access our services. Each time you login, you will be deemed an authorized user of the website in a manner consistent with the T&Cs. You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of the password you have provided to us and identification information assigned to you. SIM reserves the right to terminate and deny the right to use the SIM website and all of the offered services when the T&Cs are breached for any reason whatsoever. You are personally liable for any orders that you place with us or charges that you incur prior to the account termination. Pricing Errors and Product Information

The SIM website displays prices and availability of products and services which are subject to change without notice. We will make every effort to ensure errors will be corrected where discovered. SIM reserves the right, at any time, to revoke any stated offers and to correct any errors or omissions after an order has been placed with us. Validating Your Order

After you place an order with us, our website will perform a validity check. SIM reserves the right to reject or cancel any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same SIM account, the same credit card or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. If we reject your order, our Customer Service Team will attempt to notify you using the email address provided with your account.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The SIM website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Payment

We currently only offer PayPal as a form of payment. In future, we will accept payment from major credit cards such asVisa®, MasterCard® and American Express®. Once a payment has been made (within 24 hours), we will confirm your order and begin the order dispatch process.

Using Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes are used at the time the order is placed. They will automatically be redeemed and must be used prior to their expiry date. If you choose to cancel your order or return items, the excess value will not be refunded.

Litigation

All claims shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Selangor.

2. Returns & Refunds

After purchasing our company's products/services, if users need to return the goods, the full amount paid can be returned within 7 natural days after payment, and 50% of the amount paid can be returned within the 8th to 30th natural days after payment. Our company will not accept return/payment applications after 30 natural days of payment;

You can try our company's products before deciding to buy them. After payment, the return and exchange time will take effect. Please be aware and understand.
